INVESTING IN
TRANSFORMATION.
Capital follows conviction.
I invest where structural change creates long-term opportunity. Companies, assets and projects become interesting when there is a reason to believe the world around them is changing.

Invest / Perspective
I DON'T START
WITH THE ASSET.
I START WITH
THE CHANGE.
Before asking whether something is a good investment, I prefer asking why its environment could look different in five or ten years.
- What is changing?
- Why is it changing?
- Who benefits?
- What becomes more valuable?
- What becomes obsolete?
- Where might the market be underestimating the consequences?
UNDERSTAND THE CHANGE BEFORE PRICING THE OPPORTUNITY.
Invest / Horizon
THE LONG TERM
CHANGES THE QUESTION.
I am more interested in understanding why something could matter in ten years than predicting what it will do next quarter.
Long-term thinking does not eliminate uncertainty. It changes which uncertainties deserve attention.
PATIENCE IS USEFUL.
CONVICTION IS BETTER.
Invest / Themes
WHERE I
KEEP LOOKING.
01
Artificial Intelligence
Intelligence becoming infrastructure across industries.
02
Longevity
Longer lives reshaping consumers, work, healthcare, housing and services.
03
Education
New ways of learning, reskilling and transferring knowledge.
04
Hospitality
Experiences, destinations and new models of accommodation.
05
Real Estate
Real assets where location, use or changing behaviour can unlock value.
06
Future of Work
Technology, talent and organisational change.
07
New Business Models
Companies built around changes that incumbents may initially underestimate.
Invest / Criteria
WHAT MAKES ME
PAY ATTENTION.
Structural change
There should be a reason the opportunity becomes more relevant over time.
Understandable value
I want to understand how value is actually created.
Asymmetry
Limited downside should coexist with meaningful upside when possible.
People
Good ideas depend on people capable of making them real.
Optionality
The best opportunities can create more than one path to value.
Time
Some advantages only become visible when the horizon is long enough.
Build / Invest
BUILDING CHANGES
HOW YOU INVEST.
Entrepreneurship makes investment less theoretical. When you have built companies yourself, you know that strategy, execution, people, cash, timing and luck eventually meet in the same place.
I tend to look at opportunities with both perspectives: as an investor asking where value could emerge, and as an entrepreneur asking what would actually have to happen to create it.
CAPITAL + OPERATING JUDGEMENT.
FI / Investing
SEEING EARLIER
IS NOT ENOUGH.
YOU STILL HAVE
TO BE RIGHT.
Future Intelligence can help identify emerging change. It cannot remove uncertainty. Investment still requires judgement about timing, execution, price and risk.
Signal
Something is changing.
Thesis
Why could it matter economically?
Evidence
What supports or challenges the thesis?
Conviction
Is the opportunity strong enough?
Capital
Is this where resources should be committed?
Invest / Opportunity
DIFFERENT ASSETS.
SAME QUESTION.

01
Companies
Businesses positioned around meaningful structural change.
02
Real Assets
Properties and physical assets where location, transformation or changing use can create durable value.
03
New Ventures
Opportunities where the right answer may be to build rather than simply invest.
Invest / Decision
SOMETIMES
THE INVESTMENT
IS A COMPANY
THAT DOESN'T
EXIST YET.
Some opportunities are investable. Others are entrepreneurial. Part of the judgement is knowing the difference.
Invest.
Back something that already has the foundations to create value.
Build.
Create the vehicle needed to capture an opportunity that does not yet exist.
Invest / Conversation
INTERESTING
OPPORTUNITIES
START WITH
A GOOD THESIS.
I am always interested in hearing about businesses, assets and projects where there is a clear view of why something could become more valuable over time.
Especially when the opportunity sits at the intersection of structural change and real execution.
Invest / Principles
CONVICTION
WITHOUT DISCIPLINE
IS JUST CONFIDENCE.
- Understand before investing.
- Accept what you don't know.
- Price still matters.
- People matter.
- Time horizon matters.
- Not investing is also a decision.
Invest / What's Next
WHAT WILL
MATTER MORE
TOMORROW
THAN IT DOES
TODAY?
That's usually where I start looking.
